Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, mekanik bir kuvvet uygulamadan, en sert metalleri bile ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir hassasiyetle kesmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu y\u00f6ntem, genellikle <strong>&#8220;k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131mla kesme&#8221;<\/strong> olarak da bilinir. Temel prensibi, s\u00fcrekli hareket eden ince bir tel elektrot ile i\u015flenecek par\u00e7a aras\u0131nda binlerce kontroll\u00fc elektrik bo\u015falmas\u0131 yaratmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tel Erezyon (Wire EDM) Nas\u0131l \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015flem, olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de temelde basit bir fizik kural\u0131na dayan\u0131r. S\u00fcre\u00e7 d\u00f6rt ana a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k:<\/strong> \u0130\u015flenecek par\u00e7a (iletken olmal\u0131d\u0131r) ve ince bir tel (genellikle pirin\u00e7, molibden veya kaplamal\u0131 bak\u0131r) makinenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilir. Tel, bir makaradan s\u00fcrekli olarak beslenir ve &#8220;\u00fcst&#8221; ve &#8220;alt&#8221; elmas k\u0131lavuzlar aras\u0131nda gergin tutulur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elektriksel Bo\u015falma (K\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m):<\/strong> Par\u00e7a ve tel, birbirine asla fiziksel olarak temas etmez. Aralar\u0131nda \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir bo\u015fluk (spark gap) bulunur. Bu bo\u015fluk <strong>dielektrik s\u0131v\u0131<\/strong> (genellikle deiyonize su) ile doldurulur. Bir g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131, tel (pozitif veya negatif kutup) ile i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131 (di\u011fer kutup) aras\u0131na y\u00fcksek frekansl\u0131 elektrik darbeleri g\u00f6nderir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rma (Erozyon):<\/strong> Bu elektrik darbeleri, dielektrik s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7erek saniyede binlerce kez tekrarlanan k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131mlar olu\u015fturur. Her k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m, temas etti\u011fi noktada (hem telde hem de i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131nda) s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 8.000\u00b0C ila 12.000\u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kararak malzemenin mikroskobik bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 eritir ve buharla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temizleme (Flushing):<\/strong> Dielektrik s\u0131v\u0131, olu\u015fan bu erimi\u015f metal art\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 (\u00e7apaklar\u0131) h\u0131zla ortamdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve alan\u0131 so\u011futur.
