Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir kal\u0131p tasar\u0131m\u0131, <strong>par\u00e7a kalitesini<\/strong>, <strong>\u00fcretim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 (d\u00f6ng\u00fc s\u00fcresini)<\/strong> ve <strong>maliyetleri<\/strong> do\u011frudan belirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasar\u0131m\u0131n Alt\u0131n Kural\u0131: \u00dcretilebilirlik Analizi (DFM)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kal\u0131p tasar\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nceki ilk ve en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m, <strong>\u00dcretilebilirlik Analizi<\/strong>&#8216;dir (Design for Manufacturability &#8211; DFM). Bu a\u015famada, \u00fcretilecek <strong>plastik par\u00e7an\u0131n kendisi<\/strong> analiz edilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Et Kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> Par\u00e7an\u0131n duvarlar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca e\u015fit kal\u0131nl\u0131kta olmal\u0131 m\u0131? Ani kal\u0131nl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimleri &#8220;\u00e7\u00f6kme (sink mark)&#8221; ve &#8220;\u00e7arp\u0131lma (warpage)&#8221; yarat\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kal\u0131ptan \u00c7\u0131kma A\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 (Draft Angles):<\/strong> Par\u00e7an\u0131n kal\u0131ptan rahat\u00e7a \u00e7\u0131kabilmesi (iticiye yap\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131) i\u00e7in dikey duvarlara hafif bir a\u00e7\u0131 (genellikle 1\u00b0-3\u00b0) verilmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>K\u00f6\u015fe Radiuslar\u0131:<\/strong> Keskin i\u00e7 k\u00f6\u015feler plasti\u011fin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve malzemede gerilim yarat\u0131r. Bu k\u00f6\u015felere radius (yuvarlatma) eklenmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ters A\u00e7\u0131lar (Undercuts):<\/strong> Par\u00e7an\u0131n kal\u0131ptan d\u00fcz bir \u00e7izgide \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen delikler, t\u0131rnaklar veya girintilerdir. Bu \u00f6zellikler, kal\u0131b\u0131 \u00e7ok daha karma\u015f\u0131k ve pahal\u0131 hale getiren &#8220;ma\u00e7a&#8221; sistemlerini gerektirir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kal\u0131p Tasar\u0131m\u0131ndaki Temel Unsurlar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir kal\u0131p tasar\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131, par\u00e7ay\u0131 \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in \u015fu kritik kararlar\u0131 vermek zorundad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u00c7ekme Pay\u0131 (Shrinkage)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu, en temel kurald\u0131r. Plastik, kal\u0131p i\u00e7inde so\u011furken k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr (&#8220;\u00e7eker&#8221;). Tasar\u0131mc\u0131, kullan\u0131lacak plastik malzemenin (\u00f6rn: PP,ABS,PC) oran\u0131n\u0131 (\u00f6rn: %1.5 veya 0.015 mm\/mm) bilmeli ve kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funu (cavity) bu oranda <strong>daha b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> tasarlamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ayr\u0131m Y\u00fczeyi (Parting Line)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kal\u0131b\u0131n di\u015fi (cavity) ve erkek (core) yar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n nerede bulu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen \u00e7izgidir. Bu karar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par\u00e7an\u0131n kal\u0131ptan nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nerede &#8220;\u00e7apak izi&#8221; (parting line flash) olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ma\u00e7a gerekip gerekmeyece\u011fini do\u011frudan etkiler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Yolluk ve Giri\u015f Sistemi (Runner &amp; Gate Design)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Erimi\u015f plasti\u011fin kal\u0131p bo\u015flu\u011funa nas\u0131l ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 planlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Yolluk (Runner):<\/strong> Plasti\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan kanald\u0131r (S\u0131cak Yolluk veya So\u011fuk Yolluk).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Giri\u015f (Gate):<\/strong> Plasti\u011fin yolluktan as\u0131l par\u00e7aya girdi\u011fi noktad\u0131r. Giri\u015fin <strong>yeri<\/strong> ve <strong>tipi<\/strong> (nokta giri\u015f, t\u0131rnak giri\u015f, fan giri\u015f vb.), par\u00e7adaki birle\u015fme izlerini (weld lines), hava s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve estetik g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc belirleyen en kritik fakt\u00f6rlerden biridir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. So\u011futma Sistemi (Cooling System)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kal\u0131p tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;gizli kahraman\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;. D\u00f6ng\u00fc s\u00fcresinin (cycle time) %60-80&#8217;i so\u011fumaya harcan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tasar\u0131mc\u0131, kal\u0131b\u0131n i\u00e7ine (\u00e7ekirdek ve bo\u015flu\u011fa) suyun dola\u015faca\u011f\u0131 kanallar tasarlar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ama\u00e7:<\/strong> Par\u00e7ay\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>e\u015fit<\/strong> bir \u015fekilde so\u011futmakt\u0131r. E\u015fit olmayan so\u011futma = \u00c7arp\u0131lma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. \u0130tici Sistemi (Ejection System)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>So\u011fuyan ve kat\u0131la\u015fan par\u00e7an\u0131n kal\u0131ptan nas\u0131l d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u0130tici Pimler (Ejector Pins):<\/strong> En yayg\u0131n y\u00f6ntemdir. Tasar\u0131mc\u0131, bu pimlerin par\u00e7an\u0131n neresine temas edece\u011fini belirler. Yanl\u0131\u015f yerle\u015fim par\u00e7ada iz b\u0131rak\u0131r, k\u0131r\u0131lmaya veya deformasyona neden olabilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemler: \u0130tici plakalar, s\u0131y\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar veya hava ile itme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Ters A\u00e7\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmler (Ma\u00e7a ve Lifter)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Par\u00e7ada yan delik, t\u0131rnak veya girinti (undercut) varsa, kal\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce bu \u00f6zellikleri serbest b\u0131rakacak mekanizmalar tasarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ma\u00e7a (Slider):<\/strong> Kal\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken yatay olarak hareket eden par\u00e7alard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lifter:<\/strong> Kal\u0131p a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131 bir hareket yaparak par\u00e7ay\u0131 serbest b\u0131rakan elemanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu sistemler kal\u0131p maliyetini ve karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
