Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu vanalar, otomasyon sistemlerine m\u00fckemmel uyum sa\u011flar ve proses g\u00fcvenli\u011fini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pn\u00f6matik Akt\u00fcat\u00f6rl\u00fc K\u00fcresel Vana Nedir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pn\u00f6matik akt\u00fcat\u00f6rl\u00fc k\u00fcresel vana, bir boru hatt\u0131ndaki ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7mak veya kapatmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir vana t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kelebek vanalardan farkl\u0131 olarak, ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 kontrol eden mekanizmas\u0131 ortas\u0131nda delik bulunan (k\u00fcre \u015feklinde) bir toptur. Bir giri\u015f ve bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f portu bulunur. Sadece a\u00e7ma\/kapama (On\/Off) i\u015flemi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 Yollu K\u00fcresel Vanalar:<\/strong> \u00dc\u00e7 adet ba\u011flant\u0131 portuna sahiptirler. Ak\u0131\u015fkan\u0131 bir hattan di\u011ferine y\u00f6nlendirmek (diverting) veya iki farkl\u0131 hatt\u0131 birle\u015ftirmek (mixing) i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131rlar. (L-Port veya T-Port olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rlar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Akt\u00fcat\u00f6r \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Prensibi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelebek vanalarda oldu\u011fu gibi, pn\u00f6matik akt\u00fcat\u00f6rler iki tiptedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c7ift Etkili Akt\u00fcat\u00f6rler (Double-Acting):<\/strong> Hem a\u00e7ma hem de kapama hareketi i\u00e7in bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava enerjisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyarlar. Enerji kesildi\u011finde vana son konumda kal\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tek Etkili Akt\u00fcat\u00f6rler (Single-Acting \/ Yay Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc):<\/strong> Vanay\u0131 bir y\u00f6ne (\u00f6rne\u011fin a\u00e7ma) hareket ettirmek i\u00e7in hava kullan\u0131r. Hava kesildi\u011finde, i\u00e7indeki yaylar sayesinde vanay\u0131 otomatik olarak g\u00fcvenli konuma (genellikle kapal\u0131) getirir.
